Rogers The work includes removal and disposal of two existing 120 ton chillers, two cooling towers, chilled water plant piping, two pumps and six cooling coils; and provision of a new 10' x 10' roll-up door, two new air cooled chillers with remote evaporators, a new factory assembled and tested skid-mounted packaged pumping system containing remote evaporators, pumps, variable frequency drives, expansion tank air separator/water mixer, piping and pumping system controls; and provision of six new cooling coils, a new penthouse general exhaust fan, a refrigerant monitoring system and refrigerant exhaust fan; and incidental related work. Estimated Cost Range: $500,000 to $1,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 28 May 1997. A limited number of plans and specifications will be available on a first-come-first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. There is no charge for the first set of plans and specs (additional sets are $25.00 each); HOWEVER, EACH FIRM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAININGBID DATA.
