Provision of a shop fabricated 25,000 gallon above ground horizontal fuel tank, associated piping, pump, valves, valve actuators instrumentation and computer control system, associated earthwork, and cast in place concrete. The control system includes the provision of a Supervisory Control Data Acquisition (SCADA) System and a Pipeline Leak Detection System. The SCADA System shall remotely operate the 25,000 gallon tank and associated pump, valves and instrumentation. Instrumentation and controls are to be provided in multiple locations.
