Dump trucks with operators, and a Force-feed Loader (Athey 7-12 or comparable) with operator, for the removal of debris off existing aggregate road surface, scarifing the aggregate surface and berming it to the middle of the travelway; loading the aggregate surfacing into a dump truck and hauling it to the designated stockpiles sites, on the Clackamas River Ranger District of the Mt.
