SOL DABT19-97-T-0030 DUE 052897 POC CONTRACT SPECIALIST JOETTA EAGLE (913) 684-1627 (Site Code DABT19) Professional Dental Hygienist to perform services in accordance with the precepts of the American Dental Association, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations, and the Professional Standards at Smith Dental Clinic, Fort Levenworth, Kansas. The dental hygienist services IAW ethical, professional and technical standards. The hygienist shall provide service to eligible beneficiaries of the military health care system as authorized by Army Regulation 40-3, Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Care. The Government will verify eligibility. Normal duty hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal federal holidays. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with one option year. The solicitation will be issued o/a 19 May 96 and will be set-aside for small businesses. Completion period will be 30 Sep 1998.
