The applicable systems include naval surface weapons systems, shipboard launch and control systems, tactical data systems, and full-and sub-scale aerial targets including surrogate threat target systems required to support range operations and tests. Work includes technical analysis, feasibility studies, engineering assessments and reviews, and technical support. This effort shall include detailed studies and analysis, evaluation of data collected during testing, providing detailed reports, and providing recommendations. Personnel and facility security clearances will be required to the SECRET level under any resulting contract and no award will be made to foreign or foreign-owned contractors. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 8711. It is anticipated thata 3 year basic with a 2 year option, IDIQ, Task Order, Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract will result from this procurement.
