The Defense Supply Service -- Washington intends to procure services to collect data for the 1997 Overseas Housing Allowance (OHA) survey and provide data bases with documentation so that analysis can be conducted with scientific accuracy and that future surveys can be conducted more efficiently. It is anticipated that a full and open competitive solicitation will be issued on or about 15 July 1997. The preferred method of obtaining a copy of the RFP is through downloading from the DSS-W web site at www.hqda.army.mil/dssw. To access the web site go to (1) dssw home page; (2) select Acq. Services; and (3) select RFPs. Potential offerors who download copies of solicitations from DSS-W's Home Page will NOT automatically receive any amendments to those solicitations.
