V -- MODIFY THE CONTRACT FOR DELIVERING BULK MATERIAL TO HUD CLIENTS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to increase the maximum amount of the bulk mail contract by $250,000.00. With the implementation of HUD's centralized distribution center, the program office anticipates an increase in mailing of bulk material which impacts the maximum amount for the bulk mail contract. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the maximum amount by $250,000.00 in order to meet the requirements of the distribution center. This notice of intent is to increase the maximum amount and is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, however interested parties must submit capability statements within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Department.
