solicitating for proposals to lease an existing building, space to be
modified, or a building to be constructed for the Central Village
Station Post Office in Westport, MA. The prefereed area is North by
Main Road and Charlotte White Road; South by Hixbridge Road and Main
Road; East by Route 88; West by Sodom Road and Adamsville Road. The
space requirements are 3,500 square feet of building on a minimum site
size of 44,000 square feet. The term is for 20 years with 2 5-year
renewal options. Proposals will be received through June 13, 1997, and
must be submitted by principals only, on specified forms an in
accordance with the official advertisement for space. Solicitation
packages may be purchased by sending a non-refundable cashier's check
or money order made payable to "USPS Disbursing Officer" in the amount
