Work consists of maintenance, repair and minor construction projects of various commercial, industrial and residential facilities or systems; roadways and parking areas; utilities; airfield pavement, taxiways and runways; and marine or waterfront facilities. Award will be made to the responsible proposer whose proposal, conforming to the RFP, will be most advantageous to the Government resulting in Best Value, cost or price and other factors considered. The estimated contract value is not-to-exceed $5,000,000 per year, total not-to-exceed $15,000,000.
