Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Surveying existing signs and fire alarm systems in as stated, determine whether new or upgraded systems are required, repair and or upgrade fire alarm systems which include; fire control panel, emergency power supply, alarm initiating device, ionization detector, thermal detector, flame detector, manual pull station, remote annunciation panel, remote alarm lamp, alarm bell, alarm horn, visual probe. Replace or install new exit signs. Cutting, patching, and paint repair are to be included as incidental work. Contract will have one Basic Year with one Option Year. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 -- $5,000,000.00. Solicitation will be available on or about 27 MAY 97 with a BOD of 26 JUN 97. Package will be sent upon written request.
