The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for repairs and upgrades to existing electrical, lighting, fire detection, mechanical (HVAC) systems and incidental related work. The related Small Business Size Standards is $7.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
