This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicited as a request for quotes (RFQ), S/N RFQ R6-17-97-46. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses under SIC code 3524 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. NOTE: The vendor is requested to provide a unit price and any discount information that would apply for procuring a total of four (4) tractors, for each of the following: DESCRIPTION: Procure Four (4) Tractors, Diesel, each equivalent to FORD 1320 Newholland, and each with the following added requirements: I. * Mid Mount Mower -- 60 inches wide; * Two Stage Front End Snow Blower, minimum 60 inches wide; * Four Wheel Drive -- Gear Driven Transmission -- Live PTO; * 17-20 PTO HP; * Turf Tires; * Bag Collector System; * Tire Chains; * 3 Point Hitch.
