DHHS/Program Support Center, Division of Acquisition Management, ADP Acquisitions Branch knows of only one source, Lightspeed Software, Inc., capable of providing the following software upgrades for Wang systems: 1) Lightspeed NVS 32-Bit Windows Option for VS-100, quantity 9 and 2) Lightspeed NVS 32-bit Windows option for VS-7120, quantity 1. The Government intends to negotiate an award on a sole-source basis utilizing simplified acquisition procedures with Lightspeed Software, Inc., 1800 19th Street, Bakersfield, California 93301. Firms having the ability to provide this software must submit written notification that demonstrates their ability to satisfy the requirement. Include name(s) and telephone number(s) of contact person(s) to which the offeror is providing the software and provide technical and pricing data, citing a GSA Schedule if applicable, to the attention of Shelby Buford, Jr., referencing 97L480216. No solicitation is available, therefore requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses.
