This order will require shipments throughout the United States. The Contractor shall accept orders from IRS Point of Contact Inspectors (POC). The names of authorized poc's and delivery addresses will be provided upon request, or at the time the order is complete. The poc will notify the contractor of the size requirement, quantity needed, and place of delivery. Shipping and handling charges should be included for direct shipments to poc's. Caps are to be made from the same titan cloth as the titan parkas and titan windbreakers. Color: red. Contractor shall create IRS emblem and sew the emblem on jackets, shirts, and caps. All responsible sources who can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit a written quotation not later than 15 days from the published date of this announcement.
