Contracting Officer is Thomas A. Dahlgren at (402) 471-7520. Indefinite
Delivery Architect/Engineer Services for the Air National Guard Base,
Lincoln, Nebraska. Possible projects include design of: New Roof for
Supply/Comm building; Sewage Lift Station; Repair of Base Supply
Loading Dock; Landscape Master Plan; Update Base Master Plan; Removal
of Existing Water Tower and replace with new Above Ground Fire
Suppression Water Storage; and, Erosion Control Measures at East Entry.
Other possible uses of this contract include: Contaminated Soil
Remediation/Disposal; Surveying Support and other miscellaneous
projects. Basic Agreement will be for one year from date of award, and
will have an option to extend the contract for up to four additional
years. Individual delivery orders shall not exceed $300,000.00. The
total of all orders under each individual contract period shall not
exceed $1.5 million per year. Basic agreement may be used by both
Nebraska Army and Air National Guard contracting offices to support
design projects. At the sole option of the Contracting Officer, this
agreement may also be used by other National Guard Contracting
Officers, and other Federal agencies within the region. Consecutive
contracts will not be awarded to the same or an affiliated A-E firm,
and will not be eligible to bid on projects designed. Significant
evaluation factors in relative order of importance are: (1)
Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of
required services; (2) Professional qualifications of Consultants to
the Firm; (3) Specialized experience and technical competency; (4)
Capacity of the Firm to accomplish the required services; (5) Past
performance on Federal Contracts; (6) Location of the Firm with respect
to the project site; (7) Demonstrated success in prescribing the use of
recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency
in facility design. Architect Engineer firms that meet the requirements
described in this announcement are invited to submit completed Standard
Forms 254 and 255, Government Architect-Engineer Qualifications to the
above office. Firms responding to the announcement within 30 calendar
days (first work day following a weekend or holiday) will be
