The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on a full and open competition basis for optometry services to be performed at the Occupational Health Clinic located at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) for Naval Hospital Cherry Point, N.C. Optometry services are to be provided to Department of Defense civil services employees assigned to MCAS. Services are to commence October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with four (4) 12 months options. This is a firm fixed price non-personal service contract.
