The Department of Energy seeks to acquire technical and management support services to the Office of Coal and Power Systems. These services will be acquired under an omnibus, multiple-award set of contracts. A maximum of four contract awards will be made. One of the four awards is set-aside for small business concerns (SIC code 8748). 81,185 direct productive labor hours over a twenty-four month base and three one-year options will provide support for technical, financial and managment analysis, studies, and assessments; outreach activities and conferences; systems development and maintenance; and adminstrative functions.
