Contract shall do all things necessary to provide real estate property sales closing services for Dept. of HUD on Single family homes located in Albany, Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Dutchess, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Rensselaer, St. Lawrence, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Sullivan, Tioga, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties in New York State and must demonstrate experience in sales closings of such properties. Contract term is for one year with two one-year options to renew. Contractor must establish an Office in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga or Schenectady County in NY.
