This project is SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC), for this project is 1799. The size standard is $7.0 Million. The work includes the all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to clean exterior siding, interior/exterior windows and doors of housing units. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is 28 May 1997. The projected bid opening date is 28 June 1997. Contractors within the local area are encouraged to pick up a copy of the plans and specs at the office of the Officer in Charge of Construction, Building 2034, Quantico, Virginia.
