The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Military Family Housing Maintenance (MFHM). These services include, but are not limited to, interior/exterior painting, roof repair, floor refinishing/replacement, grounds maintenance, custodial services and pest control. Work will be performed by service calls and at Change of Occupancy. This requirement has been set-aside 100% for small business. This solicitation is part of a Government cost comparison study to determine whether accomplishing the specified work under contract or by Government performance is more economical. If Government performance is determined to be more economical, this solicitation will be canceled and no contract will be awarded.
