The small business size standard is 750 employees.The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) requirement is to modify LineReplacable Units (LRU) for its HH-65A helicopters to allow safenighttime flight utilizing Aviators Night Vision Imaging System(ANVIS). This follow-on requirement for ANVIS-compatible lightingkits is to complete the modification using the same parts andprocedures supplied under the initial contract to maintain LRU configuration control. The Government intends to award a two yearrequirements contract including one year base period and one yearoption period (if exercised). Pricing for option year should beincluded with proposal. Subpart 12 Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (Oct 95) isapplicable to this acquisition. The following factors indescending order of importance shall be used to evaluate offers:Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Governmentrequirement, price, and past performance.
