This acquisition is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation DCA100-97-R-0061 and is an unrestricted procurement under SIC 4182. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. A written solicitation will provide the performance requirements; the system selected for use must be capable of supporting world-wide deployment.
