The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Det., Phila., intends to acquire, through other than full and open competition, Mountain Gate Tape Drives, differential SCSI, P/N TSP2150i-8DRs to support existing system. The same equipment was purchased from EDAC Systems, Inc. via a prior procurement. Identical equipment is required to insure continued operational capability of the system as it must fully link with the hardware sites to guarantee system performance requirements.
