Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple e
occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5254 with
Raytheon Company, Equipment Division, 430 Boston Post Road, Wayland, MA
01778. Orders will be issued for depot repair, emergency repair,
alteration, overhaul and open and inspection of MK 74 Missile Fire
Control Systems (MOD 13, MOD 14, and MOD 15 only) including the OT-17C
and 134 Continuous Wave Illuminators, Universal Continuous Wave
Illuminator Module, and the MK72 Signal Data Converter (excluding the
MK 9 Motor Generator Set, MK77 and MK95 Input/Output Consoles, MK 152
computer, MK 5 Low Light Level Television System, and MK73 Director).
Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Raytheon is
the original equipment manufacturer and design agent for the MK74, and
possess the unique experience and knowledge to perform work that is
