THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. DO NOT REQUEST SOLICITATION. Personnel performing maintenance must be factory trained technicians experienced in operating and maintaining the equipment. Only new "original equipment manufacturer" repair parts or components, or certified replacements of equal quality, shall be used to repair the equipment. Contractor personnel must arrive at the Government installation within twenty-four (24) clock hours after notification that services are needed. Interested companies are requested to provide brochures, pricing guides/sheets, and any other pertinent information. Responses should be submitted not later than 15 days after synopsis appears in CBD.
