Aerial surveys will be conducted in Washington, Oregon, and Britsh Columbia waters between the period 8/20/97 and 9/30/97. Surveys shall be flown at altitude of 270 meters. Contractor shall fly a total with two 4,744 km and survey 107 transect lines. Three observers shall be used throughout the survey with two observers stationed at the side bubble windows and one stationed at the belly port. This is a scientific biological effort and it is anticipated that biologist or similarly-qualified individuals will complete this contract. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. (0129)
