The Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, plans to issue solicitation IFB 126-0101 to remove and replace approximately 6,000 linear feet of flashing and 200 feet of expansion joint on the buildings identified on the accompaning prints as four housing units and buildings 300 and 900. The work is to be accomplished in accordance with the specifications. The successful contractor will be required to furnish all materials and labor to remove and stockpile existing roof ballast from perimeter parapet flashing and wall flashing of all identified buildings. A site visit is recommended. The estimated magnitude of this contract is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The solicitation package will be available on or around May 28, 1997, with and anticipated bid opening date on or around June 30, 1997.
