ITEM 0001, Cartridge, 40mm Wood Baton, Non-Lethal in accordance with Crane's Hybrid Specification (HS), HS/4083/C97/1129 -- Qty 10,000 each with a maximum optional quantity of 110,000. ITEM 0002, Cartridge, 40mm Stinger Ball, Non-Lethal in accordance with HS/4083/C97/1130 -- Qty 21,168 each with a maximum optional quantity of 100,000. ITEM 0003, Cartridge, 40mm Foam Rubber Baton in accordance with HS/4083/C97/1128 -- Qty 10,000 each with a maximum optional quantity of 110,000. The options will be exercised over a 5 year period. All 3 items are designed for use in the M203 Launcher. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination within 60 days after contract award. Delivery of options will be F.O.B. within 60 days after option is awarded. Award will be made to the offeror who proposes the best value to the Government as determined by the source selection criteria. Anticipated issue date is 29MAY97 with an anticipated closing date of 30JUN97. This acquisition will be processed utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
