The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) requires eighty (80) oxy-gasoline cutting torches to support Strategic Offensive Arms Elimination (SOAE) as authorized by the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) legislation. The eighty (80) Petrogen Model 100 oxy-gasoline torch will be equipped with the following: 20" torch with 90 degree head, Fuel tank, 2.5 gallons; Two (2) cutting tips, 1 and 3 with each unit; 20' gasoline hose assembly; 100' oxygen hose assembly; Reference manual; Spart strike; Standard parts kit; Standard tool Kit; Hi-Flo/Single Stage oxygen regulator (Victor VSR 250 D54). DSWA plans to award a sole source purchase order to Petrogen International, Ltd. DSWA believes that Petrogen International, Ltd. is the only source that has the expertise to meet this program requirement within the time required and the DSWA available funding. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform this requirement. See Note 22.
