This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (6) ERDAS Imagine Software -- Unix SGI Imagine Production 8.2 -- P/N: SWE-IMPR; (1) Imagine Vector 8.2 SunOS Software -- P/N: SWE-IMV. Items to be delivered to Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, 3300 Russell Road, Suite 250, Quantico, VA 22134, within 30 days after receipt of order. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be advantageous to the Government in terms of price, technical capability of the items, and past performance of the contractor.
