The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) is seeking support in preparing appropriate descriptions and review notes for airblast waveforms to be incorporated into DSWA's DARE system. DSWA intends to award a Sole-Source Contract to Carpenter Research Corporation since personnel of that firm were present during the atmospheric nuclear test period and are the only known company remaining who is actively involved with the gathering of test data.
