The District of Columbia, Department of Human Services through the ADP Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire residential substance abuse treatment services for dependent pregnant and/or post partum women and their children in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, materials, maintenance and services for the operation of a 24 hour treatment service facility suitable for housing a minimum of 12 individuals to a maximum of 22 individuals. The anticipated period of performance is a basic period of one year with four (12 month) option periods. RFP 213-97-1000 will be issued approximately 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled approximately 10 days after issuance of the RFP.
