THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. DO NOT REQUEST SOLICITATION. The unit is currently configured with a primary condenser which uses tap water. The freeboard refrigeration unit circulates chilled water. The system is charged with six pounds of R-22 and uses a 0.5 hp pump motor. The door is an electrically driven rollup. The modification would include increasing the freeboard refrigeration capacity to create an air blanket at 56 degrees Fahrenheit. The freeboard ratio would increase to one (1). This would equate to a ten (10) inch increase in freeboard height.
