Services will be provided by psychologists, rehabilitation counselor or other trained counselors. This solicitation is for the East Tennessee area consisting of the following counties: Pickett, Fentress, Cumberland, Morgan, Scott, Campbell, Anderson, Roane, Loudon, Blount, Knox, Union, Claiborne, Hancock, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Sevier, Cocke, Greene, hawkins, Sullivan, Washington, Unicoi, Carter, and Johnson. Request for bidding documents must be in writing. Offerors submitting offers in response to this request must have an office physically located in one of the above counties. This solicitation will be an RFP evaluated on technical merit as well as price. Expected issue date is June 20, 1997.
