Services to provide Multifamily Asset Management Mortgage Loan Servicing, Property Management Servicing, and Insurance Monitoring Servicing. The Contractor will provide the following assistance with respect to each of the above described portfolios: 1) Provide mortgage loan servicing (including post closing activity) on the HUD-Held portfolio and the Mortgage in Possession (MIP) portfolio; (2) Provide property management servicing in support of the property managers retained by HUD on the Property Disposition and MIP portfolios; and (3) Monitor the status of the hazard insurance on the Section 202 Loan Portfolio. The Contractor will be required to perform each of the functions and maintain all of the data elements necessary to perform such functions. The specific functional requirements will be defined in more detail in the solicitation. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Fixed Unit Rate Contract with a minimum value of $1M and a maximum value of $30M over a base period of three (3) years and two (2) one-year option periods.
