In addition, there will be reconstruction of gravel roadway and picnic area. Rock excavation to be utilized in riprap placement. A 12' concrete weir will be constructed within a portion of excavated rock below the existing spillway excavation. Quantities associated with this work include: excavation, common -- 30,000 CY; excavation, rock -- 240,000 CY; riprap -- 270,000 CY; concrete weir -- 12 CY; seeding -- 2 acres; fencing -- 4,000 LF; road regrade -- 2,670 SY; gravel surfacing -- 2,270 SY; and 4 premanufactured picnic units. Plans will be issued on or about 13 June 1997 with bid opening on or about 7 August 1997. The construction period is 240 days. The cost of plans and specifications is $50.00 per set.
