This project is SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC), for this project is 8999. The size standard is $5.0 Million. The work includes all labor management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to obtain pumping, hauling, and disposal of septic tank and holding privy contents and pumping, hauling, and discharge of sludge from water treatment plant holding tanks at Marine Coprs Base (MCB), Quantico, Virginia, by means of a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract, with base year and the possibility of four (4) option years. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is 23 May 1997. The projected bid opening date is 25 June 1997.
