The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) (OASD(HA)) intends to pursue Information Technology (IT) Leasing and Maintenance Solutions for the Military Health Services System (MHSS). It is the Government's preference to work with Industry in pursuit of the most advantageous IT solutions to both Government and Industry.
