The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center has received an unsolicited proposal for an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) for the Medical Center located at 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68105. Competing unsolicited proposals may be submitted by other firms that have been prequalified by the Department of Energy for Federal Agencies for ESPC contracts. Prequalified firms interested in providing a competing proposal must respond in writing to Karen Goodell, Contracting Officer (90C), Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105, FAX (402) 449-0612 within fifteen (15) days of this notice. No formal request for proposals will be issued. Interested prequalified firms responding to this notice will be required to attend a one day site visit and briefing at Omaha, Nebraska between June 1, 1997 and June 30, 1997. The purpose of this visit will be to provide information regarding this Medical Center's goals and objectives for an ESPC contract to furnish data pertaining to the facility. Competing proposals submitted by prequalified firms, and received within 60 calendar days of this briefing will be considered and evaluated.
