Kenemer, Contracting Officer, 404-624-6340 Firm Fixed Price Bids will be solicited for the construction of three projects, (1) B-1 Hangar Complex, (2) Composite Aircraft Maintenance Hangar Complex, (3) AGE and Munitions Trailer Maintenance Complex, for the 116th Bomb Wing, Georgia Air National Guard, Robins AFB, Warner Robins, Georgia. ALL THREE PROJECTS WILL BE AWARDED UNDER ONE CONTRACT. The work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, site preparation, construction of two aircraft hangars (46,500 sq. ft. general purpose and 76,800 sq. ft. fuel cell /corrosion control), apron and roadways, utilities, parking lots and curbing. Performance time is 548 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. The solicitation and plans and specifications will be ready for issue on /or about July 1, 1997. BIDS ARE DUE 2:00PM (EST), AUGUST 14, 1997. A non-refundable charge of $700.00 will be required for purchase of a complete set of plans and specifications. The only form of payment accepted is a postal money order, cashier's check or certified check made out to the U.S. Treasury for the amount of the charge. No company or personal checks will be accepted. Plans and specifications will be available until supply is exhausted. Award of project will be made on/or about September 30, 1997.
