The work consists of the renovation of kitchens and bathrooms in 199 dwelling units at Housing Area 300, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, at Tripler Army Medical Center. Work includes replacing kitchen base and wall cabinets, countertops, stainless steel sinks, garbage disposals, rangehoods, bathtubs, showers, water closets, lavatories, floor coverings, and light fixtures. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $5 million and $10 million. Solicitation to be issued O/A June 2, 1997. Documents be available at $ 71.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $28.00.
