The Virginia Air National Guard proposes to contract for the repair of various heating systems located throughout the Air National Guard base located in Sandston, Virginia. The work consists of replacement of existing central heating system including removal of boilers and steam lines; removal/disposal of asbestos containing materials; construction of new mechanical rooms; and installation of hot water heating system. The contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform the work in strict accordance with the contract documents. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A firm-fixed priced contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation is not currently available.
