PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- The work includes the repair of Runway 8/26, Taxiways 'A' and 'CT-2' asphalt concrete pavement, replacement of pavement markings, relocation of taxiway edge lights and incidental related work. The work is located at the Naval Air Facility El Centro, California. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 -- Firm fixed price contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 90 calendar days -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code 1611 and the annual size standard is $17 Million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
