The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision and testing necessary to provide air conditioning to the Systems Technology Lab complete and ready for use and associated incidental related work. Install 15 ton chilled water system consisting of roof top chiller, circulating pump, expansion tank, ceiling mounted fan coil unit, piping, valves, power and controls. The chiller, pump and fan coils are GFE (Government Furnished Equipment) for constractor's installation at the Naval Support Activity -- Monterey Bay, Monterey, California. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711.
