The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials (except Government furnished), equipment, and perform all operations necessary to remove the existing 48-inch diameter concrete storm drain and install 30 feet of new 48-inch diameter reinforced concrete storm drain. The outfall structure may be either precast or cast-in-place. Epoxy coated reinforcing steel shall be used. Backfill shall be placed and compacted over the pipe and up to 6 inches on the sides of the outfall structure. Existing riprap is located on-site, and shall be placed over the new pipe and at the end of the new outfall structure. Issue date on or about May 30, 1997.
