41 -- INSTALL A BUILDING AUTOMATION CONTROL (BAC) SYSTEM SOL DTCG39-97-B-QEE069 POC Mr. David Gomes (860) 444-8259 Project 6121 consists of installing a BAC System for the main air handlers, chillers, and hydronic heating system at Leamy Hall. All work is to be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard, Academy, New London, CT. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business: SIC Code 1711, Size Standard is $7 million. The solicitation package is estimated to be ready for issue on or about 2 JUN 97, with a response date of 23 JUN 97. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held, and further identified in the solicitation package. The resulting contract from this acquistion will be awarded to that responsible offeror whose bid, conforming to the request for bids, will be the most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors. A nine (9) week Period of Performance is estimated (25 JUN -- 29 AUG 97) The price is estimated to be within the range of $25,000 and $100,000. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price contract.
