The solicitation is for a quantity of 335 cases of light tubes at 30 tubes per case. Deliveries will begin within one week of award and the entire quantity will be delivered by 30 Jun 98. There will be 10 deliveries of 30 cases and a final delivery of 35 cases. It is anticipated that on delivery will be made per month; however, this may vary based on the need for tubes. Deliveries will be no less than one week apart. See Notes Below: An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
