The procurement is structured to procure new terminals and a separate Below Deck Equipment (BDE) for the TV-DTS and Digital Broadcast Satellite System (DBSS) kit to convert DBSS to TV-DTS. The U.S. Navy has the requirement to procure and install TV-DTS systems. The proposed contract will be an indefinite quantity contract with firm fixed pricing. The period of performance will be a one-year base period with four one-year options for a total contract duration of five years.
