This requirement will be awarded as an indefinite-delivery/requirements type contract with an ordering period of one (1) year. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. All shipments against the resultant contract shall be delivered to Norfolk Naval Shipyard by 12:00 P.M. (noon). If later than noon, Norfolk Naval Shipyard has the option of off-loading or waiting until the following business day at "No additional" cost. Closing date for receipt of offers will be specified in the solicitation package when issued.
