Blair Hayes -- Contracting Officer, 202-401-5404 The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Child Care Bureau (CCB) is announcing a project entitled "THE CHILD CARE INCLUSION PROJECT FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES". The project focuses on this under served population by providing on-site Technical Assistance (TA) to 10 selected states. The project is designed to allow the selected states to have significant flexibility in determining their own TA needs by forming State Inclusion teams supported by the contract. State teams will conduct their own state needs assessment and devise plans to address their needs. In order to tailor assistance to each state's different needs, the project will develop and maintain a consultant pool. The culmination of the project will be a National Institute at which states can share their results and advise others as they embark on inclusion efforts. The anticipated period of performance for this project is twelve (12) months with two twelve (12) month options. The total contract period shall not exceed thirty six(36) months. All interested parties should request RFP 105-97-1601. All request shall be submitted in writing, no telephone requests will be honored.
